The traditional dodgems are harder to setup as each piece has to be carried by hand, so please keep this in mind if you are needing a fast setup and take down of the dodgems.

Modern dodgems are trailer mounted on a large arctic truck.

This type of dodgems is the most popular as they have a larger track to drive on.
